HE WAS THE HERO OF THAT ITALY-GERMANY'S MATCH . WHAT A MATCH THAT WAS AND WHAT A GREAT JOB CANNAVRO DID . HE WAS ALSO THE RUNNER'S UP IN THE GOLDEN BALL AWARD , AND I THOUGHT THAT HE DESERVED IT MORE THAN ZIDANE.THERE WAS JUST A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM ZIDANE GETTING 2012 POINTS WHERE AS CANNA GETTING 1977.





Cannavaro never received a single yellow or red card throughout the 690 minutes he played in the tournament. The Italian defence conceded only two goals throughout the entire tournament, an own-goal and a penalty shot.











AND MORE OVER WHAT A CO INCIDENCE , ITALY WON THE WORLD CUP ON CANNAVARO'S 100TH GAME !!.








What will happen ? I think oneday an article will come " If there are only Italians for the race . FIfa Would Give it TO any tom , dick or Harry of San MArino or whatever.

The French newpapers are already saying that Cannavaro is getting the Golden Ball. And for what I heard the Italians are already celebrating. Go ahead and celebrate, that's just fine, he missed out on the one in the WC [even though Zidane deserved and won it].
