Is there anyone interested in a 9/mo. old golden retriever?

I am not charging anything. I just want someone to love him and take good care of him.I have to move in two wks. we were hoping to take him along but we can't. He is up to day with his shots, he is housebroken, and he also has the chip in him. I have all his legal papers. he is very loving.. a good way to describe him would be a big goof ball. I really want someone who is responsible. please help me!!!

I'm so sorry you have to say goodbye to your baby. If you can't find a rescue then please put an ad in the newspaper. Don't give him to a shelter. Big dogs aren't well loved there.

Reply:I do rescue and I cannot even begin to count the number of dogs we get because, "We are moving and can't take the dog." It is obvious that your parents weren't as interested in taking your dog as you were. I have several dogs and we have moved them with us every time we have moved. As is said, "Where there is a will, there is a way." I believe your parents could have found somewhere to live that would have allowed your dog. I'm sorry. It is just cruel to the dog, cruel to you.......





Please, turn him over to rescue. They will take very good care of him and screen any and all homes before placing him into one of them.
Reply:Make sure you interview the family and see their home if possible so you make sure your puppy is going to get loved and not mistreated. There are a lot of bad people out there :(
Reply:Nothing like waiting last minute to re home your Golden. Call a Golden rescue in your area and have them find him a wonderful home!





Have you contacted the breeder to see if she or he will take your boy back?? Usually they will if you can no longer care for the pup.





I'd call today so there will not be any reason for you to dump him in a shelter. Please dont get another dog especially a Golden.

Please contact Yankee Golden rescue. They are wonderful people right there in Mass. I'm in CT. And have worked with Yankee in the past. They do a wonderful job to find and placing Goldens OK.
