When a contestant promises to Split and then shakes hands on it, and then goes on to Steal the money, surely the losing contestant could sue for breach of contract. After all, a verbal contract is binding and there is visual evidence to prove the agreement has been made. I hate the way it rewards people for lying and cheating.
On the Golden Balls programme could a contestant sue the opponent for breach of contract?
Don't think so.
Nobody would bother playing the game if that were so.
Reply:no but he or she could twa* there opponent right in the nose, i think i would, mind you i wouldn't share so id probably get twatte* right in the nose.
Reply:You may be technically correct but can you really see it happening? - I can't.
