If you are just looking for a loving friendly pet consider saving a life.
If you need a status symbol to feel better about yourself then by all means purchase a puppy mill dog .

Reply:I would stick my head into the shelters if you just want a playful dog but I do love the Golden Retriever breed though. I know of a breeder in Australia who might have a litter ready this year but unless if you live in Australia and are willing to part with a large sum of money for one of her dogs I would be checking out the local RSPCAS or shelters. Sorry i am not one for spending thousands to buy one of her puppies.
