Whats your favourite board game and why?
Scrabble - I love words and the strategy.





Backgammon - I like that even beginners can have some good luck and do well often enough to stay interested. And I like learning the strategy. I suppose that when I really master it, I will lose interest as the challenge will be gone.





Scattergories - I haven't gotten to play it often enough, my sister and brother-in-law own the game and I love playing with them and my daughter.





I DON'T care much for Monotony--err--Monopoly, unless I get talked into playing it with my kids and we can play the fasssst, short version.

Reply:I used to like alley cats. because it had loads of fun blue dustbins and daft cats. It's great as a kids game as it won't go on long.
Reply:I'm a fan of games such as sequence, pictonary and sudoku. I found a website that i can play pictionary and sudoku for free without the need to download.

The worlds oldest board game. I find it very relaxing to play and mentally challenging.

Reply:Scrabble for me but since you mention Golden Balls have you noticed how it certainly brings out the worst in people and how the odds are very favourably balanced in favour of the T.V. company having to pay out nothing to very little in prize money.
