How can one award the golden ball for a player who have got a red card(zidane)?

BECAUSE HE IS THE BEST FOOTBAL PLAYER, HE IS HUMAN AND NOT SUPERMAN, EVERYBODY COMMITS MISTAKES. JUST BECAUSE YOU COMMIT A MISTAKES IT DOESN´T MEAN YOUR A BAD PERSON.

How can one award the golden ball for a player who have got a red card(zidane)?
Well I think FIFA takes into consideration the performance during the whole World Cup.
